what the hell is a suitcase community college?

Personally, I've been to four-year universities and never found them
particularly representative of real life.

In the inIerest of disclosure I should probably add that I spent the
day at a community college looking at some truly great online
anthropology classes that my boss demoed to faculty as an example of
what can be done. And a great deal of thought was being put into how
you could use the modules as a resource for an on-land sculpture or
cooking class.

I was very impressed.
