Reagan was a fiscal conservative (my kind of guy), Bush is a fiscal liberal. Reagan listened too and collaborated with the military, Bush was their adversary via Rummy on day 1. Reagan picked smart people and then let them lead, Bush picked ideologues and told them what to do before they had any data. Reagan succeeded. Bush failed. That's Bush's legacy: the worst foreign policy in US history. Bush will be the guy everyone studies on how NOT to lead. Generations of MBAs and politicians will say, "Don't Bush it, do it right. Get the facts."
