um um um. Not to disagree with you when you're on the point of agreeing with me, but, they both have *access* to chemical disposal...it's just that one of them isn't bothering because the resulting medical bills are not being paid by them. Actually, they should be considered criminal negligeance, but is not, because of where there the power is in this country right now. Some of the old Superfund sites were caused by negligance, but a lot of them were caused by companies theat dumped because it was cheaper and they could get away with it, imho. In another lifetime I worked on the RJ Reynolds discovery project. They knew. There is no question that they knew.
