Neither are my kids parents, cousins and other relatives doing so.

Hell, I'm not even killing anyone anymore :)

Seriously though, these are the costs of war.

Those kids didn't look like they were killing or attempting to kill
anyone...

My kids aren't actively blowing up Americans.
If they were, I'd do it myself.

What if they were your kids?

I'm in that club, and I've played with the kids in what 8 or 9 countries
now.

Guestbook is full....but anyone who still thinks that we should just
"turn
that place into a glass parking lot" should look at the pictures of the
troops playing with the local children.

Subject: My Cousin was hit by an IED in Iraq

My cousin has been in Iraq since November.

Last week some A__hole detonated an IED under his vehicle as they were
escorting civilians from one city to another.
He's alright, as are the rest of the guys, they all made it out with
minor cuts and bruises (one guy spent the night in the hospital)
although I imagine it's got to F___ with your head a bit.

If you have a moment you can check out what he is doing on his website.
(he's not a developer so cut him some slack concerning the site) He has

pictures and a guest book. If you get the chance don't mention the IED

thing but sign the guest book and let him know his efforts are
appreciated regardless of your thoughts on the war.

I'm not very supportive of our being in Iraq, but the troops are just
doing their job and it is my opinion we all owe them a thanks once in a
while for what they are doing.

Check him out at hoguePlanet.com
