A "cost of war" to me is when something goes wrong, there is an unavoidable accident, friendly fire, etc. When one side makes a conscious decision to slaughter thousands, I don't see how that can be considered a "cost of war". That sounds like the cost of us being fed up and wanting to ditch the quagmire of a mess that we started. -- No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG Free Edition.
