(1) 5 to 6 small meals a day and eat right
(2) 3 days of weight lifting
(3) 3 to 4 days of HIIT cardio
(4) Drink a LOT of water
(5) Get 8 hours of sleep a night

So lets say you have 5 months to get in as best shape as possible.

 

Full body, not weight lifting crazy cut, but full trunk, cardio upper
and lower body balance.

 

I have access to several nice gyms, and a couple of pools, and a iso
machine in my house.

 

Advice?
