Hmmm... if it has no sugar, maybe.

I went from 3 to 4 cans of coke a day to only one a week.  I still have to
get that coke fix now and then.

Speaking of sugar, want to cut as much of that from your diet.  You want
carbs low on the GI scale:

The only time you really want a food high on the GI scale is right after a
workout, along with a good amount of protein.  Two servings of low fat
chocolate milk makes a great post workout drink. ;-)
