Hmmm... if it has no sugar, maybe. I went from 3 to 4 cans of coke a day to only one a week. I still have to get that coke fix now and then.
Speaking of sugar, want to cut as much of that from your diet. You want carbs low on the GI scale: http://www.gilisting.com/ The only time you really want a food high on the GI scale is right after a workout, along with a good amount of protein. Two servings of low fat chocolate milk makes a great post workout drink. ;-) -----Original Message----- From: Heald, Timothy J [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Friday, March 23, 2007 1:16 PM To: CF-Community Subject: RE: Weight training/workout advice Sounds good. With the water thing, I know I've had to cut back on soda, is iced tea an acceptable alternative? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Upgrade to Adobe ColdFusion MX7 Experience Flex 2 & MX7 integration & create powerful cross-platform RIAs http://www.adobe.com/products/coldfusion/flex2/?sdid=RVJQ Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/message.cfm/messageid:231246 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.5
