Evolution or Adaptation? Have they created new species with new
characteristics that are unable to breed with their ancestors, or their
decedents?

The missing link that took us from non-living to living. That then moved us
towards what we are today. Why did we evolve past Kudzu which seems to be
the most efficient form of life on the planet. How did we go from simple
organisms, to complex organisms with multiple types of cells doing different
things. How did we become cognitive? Evolution doesn't have an answer for
that.

I am familiar with, from a biology standpoint you have to use evolution to
show how things operate. However it doesn't answer the question of why or
how, only what.

Creationism answers the questions of why and how. It is a very simple answer
which makes it very easy to believe. Why? Because God wanted it so. How?
Because God made it so.

Evolution as a tool to teach biology is great. But it cannot answer my
questions. If that is by choice then great, stop comparing it to
creationism.

Creationist can accept evolution and not throw away their beliefs, but you
have to go back to explain things that evolution cannot.
