Hhm, I don't know that I have room for a boombox at my desk. Ideal for me is 
something small enough to go on my desk and that I can just hook into my 
soundcard to pump through my speakers.

I'm not familiar with XM online, but I'm assuming it's similar to other online 
music services....which I'm trying to avoid for now to conserve resources on my 
system.
