He has now had two major battles with cancer in two years, and with the second, the cancer had spread beyond his prostate- into his abdominal cavity, including one tumor on his liver. His odds of another relapse are very high, as I am sure his doctor has explained to him.
As for his running out of money, I have no idea what his lifestyle is like, but one of the hazards of being a notable member of society is that it costs a lot of money. You don't get to live cheap and hang with the elites, whatever your party affiliation. As for your thoughts on what he has done to this nation, you seem rather eager to shoot the messenger. The guy is a decent person who is well-liked in Washington, but apparently you have your Hater glasses on and can only see evil in people you disagree with on policy issues.
