I won't go as far to say that it'll drop your pounds away, but it is
and easy to do (not actually easy) workout that requires only a chair
for some parts of it.  It's a low impact isometric type of workout
that will definitely tire you out and make you feel like a sissy
because women twice your age on the screen are doing it without
breaking a sweat.
