My favorite fitness quote is, "you can't exercise you way out of a bad
diet" cause it's true!

If you replace carbs with clean fats (Omega-3s like fish oil, flax,
walnuts, etc) and keep your calories below 2000 with the bulk of the
carbs in the morning (except after workouts!) you're guaranteed to
lose weight.

BTW - fish oil and omega-3s have all kinds of benefits beyond weight loss!
