Oh hey, and if I sounded a bit cynical, I apologize. I have tried 
several diets as well as exercise videos, and none of them really worked 
well, which is why I went ahead and started doing the right thing, which 
is eat right, cut down on my portions and exercise. I did Herbalife and 
it really worked well, but it only works when you stay on the program. 
Once you get off of it, you balloon back up. Tried the hydroxycut as 
well. Didn't do anything for me. I wanted to learn to salsa dance, so I 
found a salsa dance/workout video. I learned to salsa, but did not lose 
any weight. Right now I spend about 30 minutes on the bowflex and 45 
minutes on the elliptical 4 days a week in the morning and it seems to 
be working, although I am not losing as fast as I would like. I really 
need to drop some serious pounds and/or body fat pretty quick. This is 
why I asked about this Chicometrics. I could add it to my daily exercise 
routine, perhaps in the afternoon after work.
You two seem to like it and I just would like more details as to what it 
is exactly and how well it works. How fast did you lose weight and/or 
inches and what not. I am not putting this program down since I don't 
know anything about it, but the testimonials on the site did not do 
anything to help. I would prefer if the before and after pics were in 
swim wear, where you can see the fat in the before and the lean body in 
the after pictures. The ones they had were pretty vague. in fact, the 
chick in the bikini only had a head and upper torso shot in both 
pictures. And the first woman does not even look like the same person, 
she looks like she aged about 20 years.
