If you take the kings shilling, you have to follow the kings rules. In other words if you receive the government's money you have to play by the governments rules, that means following the various anti-discrimination laws to the letter and follow all parts of the constitution. End of story. The various religious groups want money from the government but don't want to comply with the equal employment act, or the equal housing acts etc., etc. Therefore they should be ineligible for any government funding. Moreover this should also disqualify them from their tax-free status. Although frankly I think that there should be no such provision at all. All churches etc should pay their fair share in taxes.
