You missed my point. They *are* discriminating against gay people, and they're couching it in a "behavior" clause.
They just plain and simple despise gay people, period. And they don't want them anywhere near. Further I would say that the strength of our country is that you CAN have exclusive groups, *but not discriminatory groups*. That's a tolerant, but egalitarian society. E.g, your Star Trek club. While anyone regardless of race, color, or creed can join, the expectation is that they are a Star Trek enthusiasts and will contribute to the overall intellectual capital of the group.
