So you are saying that my money should go to things I don't like? I think the Budget should be decided by the people. When you fill out your income tax you should denote where you money should go.

It would cause a little more work, but as things become more electronic, and we can just file online, these things will always be there. My full ideas would also give you more control over your money, you could manage your taxes much like you manage your stock portfolio. You can see how much you contribute, and where it is going. It would take a while, and is probably pretty unlikely, but I think it would be cool. It would also require a constitutional amendment.
