I found this site about declawing, while just like any other site it is how the author wanted it to be and the author didn't have the education in the field that I do (i have a ALT, AHT, and Associates for teaching in Agricultural Science specializing in Emergency & Trauma Care & Orthopedic Surgery) it is still very good. And not because it isn't against declawing but rather from a perspective that is more realistic than these anti-declaw ones are.
Whats even more amazing is how closely it says the same things I have been saying but describes them better than i do and it contains tons of good links INCLUDING studies on if it changed behavior which was one of mary's main arguments. What you make of it is up to you but considering that its is basically saying the same things (almost to a T) that I have been. Whether you believe in in or not you should read it. There are things like the poster who asked about chopping off the tips of my fingers and blah blah and when I say its not the same (because its not) this person actually put up the diagrams that show it isn't. I doubt it will change your mind but this is more how it is in the "real" world. http://www.geocities.com/declawing/index.htm i would also read the comments page http://www.geocities.com/declawing/comments.html ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Adobe® ColdFusion® 8 software 8 is the most important and dramatic release to date Get the Free Trial http://ad.doubleclick.net/clk;160198600;22374440;w Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/message.cfm/messageid:248995 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.5
