but for the law there is no freedom. What you have is a situation like in 
Somalia or parts of Afghanistan. The only law is who is willing to kill and 
terrorize more than anyone else. 

Lets face it unless you restrict those who may patronize your establishment, 
then its a public place. I have no objection to private clubs allowing smoking, 
but if you welcome any and all, then you're not a private place and need to 
follow the laws governing public places. End of story.
