The only law is who is willing to kill and terrorize more than anyone else. Lets face it unless you restrict those who may patronize your establishment, then its a public place. I have no objection to private clubs allowing smoking, but if you welcome any and all, then you're not a private place and need to follow the laws governing public places. End of story. > > Decided.
