I'm certainly no Apple fan-boy, my iPod is the only Apple product I have
ever owned. Having said that, I don't think there is anything that is even
remotely competitive to the iPod at this point. The software kicks ass, and
that's really why I own it. I have a nice case for it, I don't own any other
accessories.

iTunes, to borrow Adam's phrase, blows goats. It is as slow as slow can get.
It feels like a .NET app vs. a C++ MFC app.
