It's "aggregated bandwidth"

You'll get the advertised speed at 4:00AM on a Tuesday morning. The more
folks on the same circuit using the bandwidth (internet, VOIP, TV) the
slower your speeds will be.

Actually I'm not going to be a Verizon customer after the end of March
- going back to cablemodem and the rest of the bundle.

10M down and 1 M up is MUCH better than 1M down and 256k up, which is
the most I can get out of DSL.
