Seriously, one year I need to find a locale where I can hunt the elusive Morel beasty and bring home many heads to mount on my kitchen walls. Actually, I would just give 90% of them to a true master, Chef Michael Tuohy of Woodfire Grill, and taste what he decides to make out of them.
