Unfortunately, I think that it's an issue that will never go away. The racehorse industry brings in BILLIONS of dollars a year. In NJ alone, the industry brought in 1.1 Billion dollars last year. Equine related land is one-fifth of the agricultural acreage in NJ. Of course it is a small state....
