When you look at what's necessary to actually get past a reluctant (and experienced) debtor's chicanery and physically get the bona fide money into your account and keep it there, then you subtract all those seemingly small fees you pay along the way (motion after motion, etc), I guarantee it isn't worth it. Not even the collection agencies that do this professionally think so for a single $800 debt from a one-time client.
