yeah that is probably true, but most lawyers will write up a letter
threatening to sue for not very much money, and if you are particularly
annoyed it may be satisfying to throw some good money after bad. ANd it
might work. Depends on your assessment of the situation. If you think they
are hardcore deadbeats who did this on purpose, don't bother.
