Yeah, you're right in that an outright ban is now off the table until the court changes. But the interesting thing is only in the sense that local law cannot stop a homeowner from owning a gun inside of their home. Any other local law such as a carry permit, for example, still seems to be an open question. I'm just angry that the "conservative court" seems to think guns are a fundamental right but due process and privacy are not. I'd give up guns before due process so they have it backwards for me. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Adobe® ColdFusion® 8 software 8 is the most important and dramatic release to date Get the Free Trial http://ad.doubleclick.net/clk;203748912;27390454;j Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/message.cfm/messageid:263210 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.5
