Which decisions haven't you dug?

I think they've actually been making the right decisions, but it's been
closer than it should have been. This ruling meant 4 justices thought it was
OK to out-and-out ban gun ownership. An earlier ruling meant that 4 justices
thought it was hunky dory to start killing people for crimes that did not
involve homicide.

Scary stuff.
