" What's your murder rate now?" In the town where I live, 0 people have been killed this year. Since I have lived here (eleven years), two people have been shot and killed. One had to do with a land dispute and the other was a domestic dispute. The nearest metropolitan (very small compared to DC) area averages around 12 murders per year I would guess. That may be high.
