I've been doing the work out of the day as much as I can.  Don't have 
much equipment though, I will say this, it's a damned smoker.

I found a CF affiliate down in Fayetteville, so I'll be joining their 
group when I get down there.  The programs are great, run mainly by 
former special operations guys, and their results are incredible.  If 
you're looking to get huge this is NOT the program for you.  It's for 
real full body fitness, strength and dexterity.
