Ha, you bet I have. They don't care, by far the greatest expenditure of time is 
on my end. I griped about it on their message boards as well and was just 
ignored. I've thought about trying to write a letter to a higher up but I just 
expect it would be a waste of time. I just hope PA passes the law that they 
have proposed, a lemon law for computers...that in a situation like mine would 
force the manufacturer to replace the faulty machine after 3 separate failures 
in a single year. The mistake I made was not shipping it back *immediately* 
when it arrived to me already throwing BSOD errors. That was a mistake you can 
bet I won't ever make again!
