Just the typical tech support plan, which does include on-site support if they 
do need to replace something.

Well, I'm in the process of doing that...but just to make my life even more 
delightful there seems to be some problem with my full system backup and it 
throws an error when I try to do a restore. I have additional backups of almost 
everything, but what a pain, that's going to take me a lot more time restoring 
everything piecemeal, so it's going to be awhile before I am even up and 
running again and I've probably gone through all this for nothing, as it's 
almost certainly an underlying hardware issue of *some* kind. Sigh, like I 
don't have better ways to be spending my time!
