Never had the (dis)pleasure od seeing that one :-) I do have a little story - I went to Ben's Kosher Deli (mmmm...corned beef) and I ordered some herring and then asked for cream sauce (can you say faux pas?).
My ex-sister-in-law also went to a Bens (hey - any relation? <g>) and ordered a cheese burger.
