Not sure if this will help in your case but it works for back pain and misalignment.
1) Lie on the floor with a rolled up hand towel under your neck or something fill the gap your neck makes, put your legs on a chair or couch so your legs/knees are at right angles. The small of your back should be flat on the floor. like this: _ |_ Lay with arms at your side for about 20 minutes. Not sure if you want to try this one but... 2) Stand up straight, put your hands on your hips, slowly arch your back. Lift your arms to shoulder level and point to each side (right arm to the R etc). Start rotating your arms in 1-2 ft diameter circles. Then change direction. 3) Last thing is to stand straight arms by side and slowly rotate your head in circles five times each direction. >I've got a problem and it's to the point that I have to ask friends for >potential solutions.
