Private companies are more apt to provide profit sharing programs with their
employees.

I hope it gets every more expensive for corporations to do business because
all they ever look at the bottom line. Share holders tell corporations they
need to trim fat so they can make more money. This in turn means jobs get
cut or moved to lower salary nations. Stock market makes money but everyone
else is hung out to dry! Sorry. just a bit of rambling. I got out of
corporate life because it's such a drain on my soul and not the path to self
enlightenment.
