So let me see if I get this.

We as a nation are deeply in debt.

We are going to spend a whole bunch of money that we don't have, on a 
whole bunch of programs that we don't need, and are probably 
unconstitutional anyway.  We're going to borrow this money, with interest.

Then we're going to give a tax rebate?

Ok, yeah that makes sense.

I wish I could spend the way a country does.

So what do they foreclose on when they country defaults on it's loans?
