I don't disagree with that.  Gore did make a difference with how we use the
Internet today.  I will readily admit that he or his legislation was
instrumental in making it as wide spread as it is today.  But he did not in
any way affect the creation of it.  The Internet was "created" before Gore
even took office as a junior legislator from Tennessee.

Personally, I have issues with people bringing up about Bush's slips of the
tongue but excusing or ignoring those of Gore.  I find it to be another
example of the politically correct double standard infecting so many social
liberals today.
