Nope you're simply wrong here. Its a combination of English Common Law, which 
hearkens back to the pagan Anglo Saxon tribal laws, and Roman civil law.

You did. I did not. I was specifically comparing Palin's Dominionist beliefs 
and affiliations to Christian Nationalism with the Taliban's. Look up 
Dominionism and christian nationalism, then tell me its intent is different 
than what the taliban wants (and used to have) for Afghanistan.

Puritans and their laws regarding behavior.
