I did read that and it was a GREAT piece of comedy based on fiction. Facts: * The recount was triggered by MN State Law * The recount was overseen by appointees of the Republican Gov Tim Pawlenty and his Secretary of State. * The appointees are judges including the Chief Justice of the MN Supreme Court. I should add that Gov Pawlenty's wife is, herself, a judge thus I'm guessing he had some great council for appointing the Canvassing Board. Further, Mr Coleman (he's no longer a senator), can legally challenge any or all of the recount or any of the procedures therein.
