Its the fact that I feel like I am not respected about the raise crap that made me mad in the first place. But supposedly it will be in my next paycheck. I sent my boss an email about my "sickout" and he was amused and entertained as opposed to pissed off like most bosses would be. I suppose thats a good thing.
