Actually after reading the subsequent notes about Todd's situation, I fully
agree. Its very rare to see a company apply the same cuts across board. All
too often management will butcher the salaries/hours etc of the employees
and give themselves substantial bonuses. It sounds like the firm Todd works
for has a fair amount of integrity.
