Iraq is not a "democracy" with quotes. It is an actual democracy, with
freely elected officials and democratic institutions. And surprise,
surprise, Iraq the democracy is no longer funding or supporting terrorism.

While the Secretary-General says the UN traditionally coordinates its
efforts in the occupied Palestinian territory with Palestinian Authority
President Mahmoud Abbas - the officially recognized representative of the
Palestinians - he says speaking with Hamas can't be ruled out.
