I assume you mean in the US. If so, then I disagree. The judicial system is biased because it favors false negatives over false positives; it rather let a guilty man walk than an innocent man go to jail. Doesn't mean it always works that way but I would argue that because you need conclusive evidence to send a person to jail that is the way it is. If you aren't writing about the US, then I'm not sure how you came up with that ratio. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Adobe® ColdFusion® 8 software 8 is the most important and dramatic release to date Get the Free Trial http://ad.doubleclick.net/clk;207172674;29440083;f Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/message.cfm/messageid:286754 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.5
