AT the very least are the salaries of the people running the smoking cessation 
clinics. Then therre's facility rental, utilities, paid taxes etc. On top of 
that the people who successfully quit smoking have more ready cash - the amount 
they used to spend on cigarettes. That adds up as well. Then there's the ads 
etc.
