Well, to be fair, its only been 16 days.  Lets make this comparisons when he
hits100 day.

I love the fact that he man-upped, and even used the words 'screwed up'
apparently. To me its not so much that you make mistakes, but that you 1)
man-up and take responsibility for them and b) learn from them.
