I was not in this case. Moreover I don't necessarily talk about the Wacko 
Right, and paint all of them with the same brush. Nor do I necessarily  
automatically dismiss anything an identifiable RWN says, no matter how extreme 
or simply so far out there that's its in orbit.

Yet you habitually do the same. Your so called Left or Liberal is a monolithic 
entity whose adherents march in lockstep to some directive. All believing in 
the exact same thing and reacting exactly the same way. 

To some extent that is a fairly good description of the Limbaugh fans. <in case 
you're taking yourself too seriously that was a joke.>

OK you commit a computer crime, by your reasoning you ought to be lobotomized. 
You use your brain to write the program that committed the crime. Therefore 
that part of the brain responsible for it should be removed.

I can see hauling the perps into a prisoner compound, kicking their butts but 
wrecking the car for firewood? that's excessive to the extreme.
