After you finally get over your ridiculous "greenfield" talking point,
take a look at people who are actually proposing reforms. Here's the a
Framework for a New Health System from the Archimedes initiative. I
believe I accidentally called it the Apollo initiative before, btw.
Apollo is dealing with energy, Archimedes with medicine:
