Sounds like Dr. Berwick agrees with me, as he graphs out part of my point here: http://wecandobetter.org/the-transition-period The missing piece I see is analysis on the systems to define what's possible. In other words he seems to be assuming that a path to "future-state" exists whereas I would say we need to prove that first. I would also point out that your aggression probably isn't a great way to create the political path that Dr. Bewick is proposing.
