Who is saying that it is good now after saying it is bad before? Every
progressive blog I've seen is roundly condemning it now and called
Obama a jerk when he supported the FISA changes in the fall. It was
bad then, it is bad now. I screamed about Obama supporting the FISA
rewrites and I am screaming about his support now for 3rd party
rendition, his support of the state secrets privilege in the Hamadan
case, etc.

I said before the election and I'll say it again, there are plenty of
things that Obama and I don't agree upon. And the same is true for
most progressive blogs I'd argue. Anyone who bothered to pay attention
before the election saw a bunch of people worrying about Obama's far
from liberal views on a number of issues. He was still the best of the
bunch and a better candidate than any we've seen on the national stage
in a long long time.

There was no flip flop on this. It's just something I dislike. So now
we do what we are supposed to do, which is make our views known to our
government and try our damndest to mold the course of the government
into the shape we feel is best. Welcome fellow citizen.
