I have some misgivings about Holder because of his part in the Rich pardon. His other work seems very good so I'm giving Obama the benefit of the doubt on that one.
I'm not familiar with the other picks off the top of my head. I wouldn't be surprised though. Consumer rights was not a big talking point for Obama during the election and Obama is quite corporate friendly. If you wouldn't mind, I'd like to see any links you have about the three you mention so I can read up later when I have a bit of time.
