Whoa, hold up there Scout; I never said I agreed with this. As explicitly as I possible: I don't support warrantless wiretaps. I don't care who the President is. And now let me zoom out to the 50,000 foot level. Our government processes have become broken in that it USED to be that Congress legislated and the President executed. That's why it's called the "executive" branch. We've totally lost that concept. Certainly Bush, through legal activism, is the greatest modern day proponent, but it's broken at all levels as it's almost as if the Judicial branch has become a deFacto rubber stamp on the executive. Certainly that's Chief Justice Robert's track record. (not to mention Scalia and Thomas) That's how things like warrantless wiretap happen: you get a bunch of authoritarians like Robert who love government power and the next thing you know the Executive branch has become a stick. It's time to nip that stick in the bud ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Adobe® ColdFusion® 8 software 8 is the most important and dramatic release to date Get the Free Trial http://ad.doubleclick.net/clk;207172674;29440083;f Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/message.cfm/messageid:290475 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.5
